In the event our product is defective and/or you are not completely satisfied, simply return the product with your proof of purchase (i.e.: receipt, Bill of Sale, UPC code, or photo’s of the product) within 30 days from receipt of the package to receive your refund for the product(s). Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

Contact our Customer Service Department by email at for a Return Merchandise Authorization number and return instructions. We pledge to respond within 48 hrs (Monday through Friday) on all requests.

For your security, please return your package with an insured carrier (e.g.: UPS, FedEx, USPS Parcel, Canada Post, Purolator) and retain a receipt for your records. This will protect you in the event that the item ID is damaged or lost in transit.

Orders can be returned within 30 days of receipt in their original packaging. Please notify us by email before the return. The client is responsible for returning the item(s) pre-paid. Credit issued will not include original shipping and insurance charges. While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with is positive.
